From her native Spain, to India, Mexico, Morocco, across South America and to her home and studio in Norfolk, England, designer Monica Vinader has found inspiration in nature, colour, adventure and culture.
The journey of the brand began in 2002, when Monica began creating her eponymous collection whilst working in South America with her husband. She at first focused on creating bespoke pieces for private clients but demand soon grew to a larger audience, and her collections have now been showcased across the UK, Europe, Japan and the US.
In 2008, Monica’s sister Gabriela joined the company from Amazon, where she was Director of Consumer Electronics for the UK. She previously worked for BCG and Merrill Lynch, and brings with her substantial operational experience and a strong business focus.
From a strong desire to wear jewellery in all the varied moments of life, Monica Vinader brings us pieces that balance elegance and luxury with practical and simple designs. In 2009 the brand was awarded UK JEWELLERY BRAND OF THE YEAR, and opened its first flagship store in Madrid, followed by Seville and San Sebastian.
