Lauded by her loyal fans as the “Queen of Hoops,” Lana Bramlette is the face and force behind Lana Jewelry.
Her impeccable eye for casually luxurious style has made her a pioneer in the world of fine jewelry. The collections are timeless yet sexy, and fans around the world crave the Lana Look, a term that has come to stand for the world’s most delicate and modern jewelry.
Lana’s minimalist and cool approach to design has resulted in dozens of pieces that have instantly become cult classics, like her famous Upside Down Hoops; more than 30,000 pairs have been sold since their debut eight years ago.
She launched Lana Jewelry in 2002 with her husband (then boyfriend) Rob Bramlette, when she designed a piece with his name suspended in a hanging heart, and that piece turned into a collection that was instantly picked up by celebrity favorite superstore Fred Segal; today, Lana Jewelry is in more than 150 of the finest retailers worldwide. A-list celebrities like Jennifer Lopez, Cameron Diaz, Halle Berry and Angelina Jolie own and wear her jewelry. Her pieces are featured in many films, TV shows and magazine covers, including Lucky and the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition.
Hailed as a “Woman to Watch” by Crain’s Business, a designer that has the “Midas Touch” by Entrepreneur magazine and “One to Watch” by Lucky Magazine, Bramlette is well on her way to realizing her dream of turning Lana Jewelry into a fashion megabrand.
“I first spotted Lana’s gold hoops a few years ago on Angelina Jolie, and had to know who had created such perfection! Apparently, I wasn’t the only one: Lana’s designs continue to attract celebrity fans. As for me, I never go anywhere without her Upside Down Hoops, which to me represent the elegance and uniqueness of the entire line.”
Galina Espinoza, Senior Editor, People Magazine
“When I accessorize my beautiful models in swimsuits, I look for jewelry that will enhance the girls, and not overpower them. Lana Jewelry is perfect as it is the kind of jewels that you can swim in, sleep in and basically never take off. The designs are the kind of personal jewels that the models really wear in their daily life, which is what I try to capture in my photos.”
Diane Smith, Executive Editor, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition
“After one look at Lana’s breathtaking collection, her pieces will not only be a celebrity favorite, but very shortly one of your own.”
Bobbie Thomas, Senior Editor, In Touch Weekly / Style Editor for the NBC Today’s Show.
“When Lana launched in 2002, she did to jewelry what Seven jeans have done to denim, injected sexiness back into a classic”
Susanna Negovan, Executive Editor -Michigan Avenue Magazine
